Warranty Information and Customer Commitment

Tucker Safety Products has built its reputation by engineering products that exceed customer expectations for quality and durability. Your complete satisfaction and future business are very important to us. Standing behind our products has been a cornerstone of our commitment to quality and service since our founding in 1986.

Tucker Safety Products warrants all products to be free of manufacturing defects* in material and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We also stand behind our products 100% by offering a complete Satisfaction Guarantee on every product purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Team to allow us the opportunity to earn your total satisfaction.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, non-standard use, negligence, or abuse. Tucker Safety Products, Inc. will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any items found defective upon inspection by a Tucker Safety Products, Inc. representative. Our Complete Satisfaction Guarantee also does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear* or improper care or cleaning. Products must be purchased from an authorized Tucker Safety Products dealer and should be returned to us for evaluation.

Manufacturing Defects

A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design. Defective materials (outer-shell fabrics, liners, etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.) are covered up to one year from date of purchase.

Wear and Tear

Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Moving parts will wear out and fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time. And while we choose the best materials available for the application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements.
